Hi. We're Jodie & Nolan.

"In 2010, a serious accident left Jodie unable to walk and in daily agony. Doctors advised surgery, but with significant risks involved, we started searching for alternatives.

After trying countless therapies without finding lasting improvement, we began developing our own approach by rebuilding neural pathways, reconnecting movement patterns and creating exercises that improved coordination, stability and the way the body moved as a whole. The exercises we teach today were developed through that process."
